Wyvern College is a boy's only 11 to 16 highly specialised technology college for boys in the fourth phase of specialist status. It encourages the children to take part in activities like football, basketball, cricket, hockey and athletics. Many sporting and musical activities exist and offer pupils have an opportunity. There are many musical activities open to boys at Wyvern. There are also various charitable trusts, which parents can access to support extra-curricular activities. Its assemblies and charity work help in progress of spiritual and moral life of the college. The college welcomes donations from parents to all its charitable causes, which include raising money for life-saving equipment at children's units in local hospitals. The college aims to encourage each student to value himself and to respect the values, rights and beliefs of others.
